This is just the tip of the iceberg for services that we offer. If it's a computer problem, we can probably fix it. Generally speaking, it's more cost-efficient for you if you can bring the PC to us, but if that's an inconvenience, we can certainly do repairs on-site for you.
For most computer repair, we charge a flat diagnostic fee of $42. This will be applied towards the cost of your repair if you decide to have us fix it. We'll call you and ask for your consent if there could be any additional fees necessary beyond our initial diagnosis. Our hourly rate is $84 an hour in-shop, and $100 an hour for on-site work, with travel fees if over 20 miles. We have flat rates for most of our standard repairs, though.
We ask at least 24 hours minimum for all PC repair.

We've got an in-house tutor who's been teaching non-technical folks how to operate the PC for 2 years. He's patient and well versed.
